Together with our experienced White Elephant chefs, you will prepare an authentic Thai menu.
The workshop begins at 5.30 pm with a warm welcome at the White Elephant restaurant and a small apéritif with Executive Chef Sakol Sasomsri. You will then move to the kitchen, where you actively cook and watch the chefs work their culinary magic. From 8.00 pm, enjoy the dishes you have prepared together during a relaxed dinner at White Elephant.
Please reserve your spot early – participation is limited to 10 people. You are welcome to book an accompanying guest who does not take part in the workshop but joins you for dinner from 8.00 pm.

Over five courses, experience the diversity of Thai cuisine – from sophisticated, artful appetizers to an aromatic soup classic and selected main courses featuring seafood, beef, and duck. The finale is a refined selection of traditional Thai desserts. Each course is accompanied by carefully selected Champagne, perfectly enhancing the flavors.
Peter Jauch will personally and entertainingly guide you through the evening, sharing his expertise on Champagne and offering fascinating insights into the harmony between cuisine and cellar.
